We also strive to answer emails the same hour they are received during buisness hours; weekend service may be limited to evenings only. Historically we meet these goals 99% of the time.      We are happy to try and help you trouble shoot your appliance. However, appliances can be very complex, so we must limit our advice to only steering and not teaching. Appliance repair is a trade requiring schooling, tools, and experience. Therefore, many repair issues may be beyond the scope of advice, and perhaps beyond successfully doing it yourself. Having a decent volt-ohm meter and knowing how to use it, as well as following your wiring diagram will be your best tools in fixing most issues.
