We started this web site because we feel that the appliance parts industry as a whole seems to combine high prices with bad service. We think that stinks! While sometimes we have little control over prices, we continually research our suppliers for the best price possible. We promise to give you great service. If we mess up, we will pay for it, including shipping costs. If you feel that our service is not up to your standards, please let us know! Regarding defective parts; defective parts will be promptly replaced upon inspection. A refund may be offered if no replacement is available. You must contact us prior to returning a part for an RMA# by filling out the form here: http://www.balcum.com/customer-service2.html.
Return Policy: We appreciate your business! For easy returns on non-defective parts, you must first fill out the form at http://www.balcum.com/customer-service2.html to secure an RMA number. While we must deduct our original shipping cost, we do not charge a restocking fee.
